Pork Katsu

Bahan-bahan:



  • Daging babi 200 gr

  • Merica dan garam secukupnya

  • Tepung terigu

  • Bread powder

  • Telur 1 biji (dikocok)

  • Daun kol sesuai selera

Cara membuat:



  1. Potong-potong daging babi memanjang, kemudian giling sehingga tipis (paper form)

  2. Taburkan garam dan merica secukupnya pada kedua sisi daging babi. Diamkan selama 5-10 menit

  3. Masukan satu-persatu kedalam tepung terigu, celupkan kedalam telur, terakhir taburkan bread powder.

  4. Goreng dalam api sedang sampai berwarna kecoklatan

  5. Sajikan dengan irisan daun kol dan disiram dengan saus tonkatsu.
