Yolk paste

Bahan-bahan:
  • Kuning telur 1/2
  • Dashi jiru 2 sdm
Cara Membuat:
  1. Rebus telur lebih dari 10 menit atau sampai benar2 matang.
  2. Kupas, ambil 1/2 bagian kuningnya.
  3. Mashed dengan menggunakan sendok.
  4. Beri dashi jiru. Aduk rata. Sajikan
