beras 3 cups
marron 800 gr (masih sama kulit kerasnya)
sake 2 sdm
garam 1 sdt
sesame 1 sdm (kalau ada)
Kupas kulit keras dan kulit tipis marron
Belah 2 secara vertikal. Rendam dalam air selama 10 menit
Beri air pada beras. Quantity seperti biasanya masak. Rendam 50 menit. Kemudian beri sake dan garam. Aduk rata. Tambahkan marron diatasnya. Tidak usah diaduk.
Masak nasi seperti biasa.
Setelah matang baru aduk nasi.
