Kabocha no souffre

Bahan-bahan:
  • pumpkin 5 cm cubic 1
  • kuning telur 1
  • tepung 2 sdt
  • susu 1 sdm
  • butter sedikit


Cara membuat:
1. Bersihkan biji pumpkin. wrap (not tight). panaskan dengan microwave 40 detik.
2. Kupas, mashed.
3. Masukan telur dalam mangkuk, aduk sampai putih.
4. Beri tepung dan susu
5. Masukan pumpkin, aduk rata.
6. Oleskan mentega pada microwave safe dish. Masukan adonan. Wrap roughly. Panaskan 1 menit dengan 600 watt microwave

Point: jangan langsung dipanaskan langsung 1 menit. lebih baik 2-3 kali sambil terus di cek.

Sudah matang jika permukaan mengembang.
