Yaki udon

Bahan-bahan:
  • udon
  • carrot 10 gr
  • spinach 10 gr
  • ham 10 gr
  • salada oil 1/2 sdt
  • soyu 1/2 sdt

Cara membuat:
  1. Potong2 udon, didihkan sampai lembek. Tiriskan.
  2. Boil carrot sampai lembek, potong tipis panjang (kayak potong radish)
  3. Boil spinach, potong zakugiri.
  4. Potong ham 2 cm length hosogiri.
  5. Panaskan salada oil. masukan semua bahan. Tumis, jangan sampai hangus.
Tambahkan soyu.
Aduk rata, sajikan.
