Ishikari Nabe

Bahan-bahan:
  • salmon 1/6
  • radish tebal 1 cm setengahnya
  • carrot 1 cm tebal, setengahnya
  • shiitake 1/8
  • dashi jiru 1/4 cup
  • miso paste

Cara membuat:
  1. Boil salmon, buang kulit dan tulang. suwir2.
  2. Kupas radish dan carrot.
  3. Rendam shiitake sampai lembut.
  4. Potong radish, carrot dan mushroom sengiri (tipis2) dengan panjang 1 cm
  5. Masukan semua bahan dalam panci. Didihkan sampai lembut. Beri miso
