chicken picata

Bahan-bahan:
  • dada ayam 1/2
  • tomato 1/6
  • onion tebal 5 mm kushigatagiri 1
  • tepung sedikit
  • veggies soup 2 sdm
  • salada oil sedikit

bahan kulit:
  • egg 1sdm
  • susu 1 sdt

Cara membuat:
  1. Potong dada ayam sogigiri kecil (memiring, seperti potong tako sashimi). Oleskan tepung sedikit dikedua permukaannya.
  2. campur bahan kulit. celupkan ayam.
  3. Panaskan wajan, beri minyak. Goreng bolak balik ayam sampai matang. Sisihkan
  4. Kupas tomat, potong mijingiri.
  5. Kupas onion, potong mijingiri.
  6. Masukan tomat dan onion dalam panci kecil. Beri veggies soup. Didihkan sampai sedikit kental. Tuangkan diatas ayam, sajikan.
