Shinjaga salada

Bahan-bahan:
  • potato kecil 1/2
  • mentimun tebal 5 mm, 1
  • carrot tebal 5 mm, ichiogiri
  • bahan sauce:
  • mayonaise 1/2 sdt
  • susu bubuk yang sudah dicairkan 1/2 sdt

Cara membuat:
  1. Kupas potato, boil sampai lembek. Potong 7 mm cubic
  2. Potong cucumber 5 mm cubic, boil sampai lembek
  3. Kupas carrot, boil sampai lembek. potong cubic 5 mm
  4. Campur potato, mentimun, dan carrot. Beri saus dan aduk rata.
