Lemon Sherbet

Bahan-bahan (4-5 orang)
  • Air 400 ml
  • Brandy 1 sdm
  • Granulated sugar 140 gr
  • Squeezed lemon 150 ml (dari 4 lemon)
  • Kulit lemon 1 (diparut)
Cara mebuat:
  1. Air, gula, air lemon, parutan kulit lemon masukan dalam panci. Nyalakan api kecil, aduk sampai gula larut.
  2. Tambahkan brandy sebelum api dimatikan
  3. Dinginkan dalam mangkuk berisi air es
  4. Masukan dalam ice cream maker
