Udon egg

Bahan-bahan:
  • Udon 3 sdm
  • Kuning telur 1
  • Cabbage yang sudah dihaluskan 1 sdt
  • Vegetable soup 50 cc
  • Soyu 1/8 sdt
Cara membuat`:
  1. Didihkan udon sampai lembek, kemudian potong-potong 1 cm.
  2. Masukan udon dan vegetable soup dalam panci kecil. Masak dengan api kecil.
  3. Setelah mendidih, masukan kuning telur. Beri soyu. Masak hingga telur matang.
  4. Sajikan dengan 1 sdt cabbage halus diatasnya
