Yari Ika no satto ni

Bahan-bahan:
  • Squid 500 gr
  • Nijiru: dashi (water) 1/3 cup. Soy sauce 4 sdm. Sake 3 sdm. Mirin 2 sdm. Sugar 1 sdm. Ginger sengiri 1/2.
Cara membuat:
  1. Tidak usah kupas squid.
  2. Bersihkan dalamnya. Potong2 2-3 cm
  3. Bersihkan kaki cumi.
  4. Masukan nijiru dalam panci. Setelah mendidih masukan cumi. Setelah permukaan berubah warna, tutup panci dan didihkan selama 2 menit dengan api sedang.
  5. Angkat dan sajikan.
